For many anglers Lee Valley Regional Park needs no introduction. The North Met Pit, Nazeing Meads and Walton's Walk are just three examples of the 29 gravel pits and 17 stretches of river offering carp and coarse fishing run by the Lee Valley Park Fisheries. Directly managing 12, jointly managing one and operating a further 12 licenced venues, the Lee Valley Park can offer you more than 600 acres of water in some of the regions most beautiful countryside. The opportunities for specimen hunters are endless, with Carp over 46lb, Chub over 8lb, Barbel over 15lb, Bream to over 17lb and Tench into double figures.
This website will provide you with all you need to know about angling in the Park. There's detailed information about each of the sites, tips on how to make the best of the waters' features and an application section where you can request further details from the Fisheries Office.
Giving up-to-the-minute reports on what has been caught and where (when available), be sure to visit the latest news section and when you've had a notable capture, please send us a picture and we'll feature you!
