Notice of Conclusion of Audit 2010/11
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that:
The audit of the accounts of Lee Valley Regional Park Authority for the year ended 31 March 2011 has been concluded.
An unqualified opinion on the accounts has been given in accordance with Section 9 of the Audit Commission Act 1998 and the Audit Commission's Code of Audit Practice. There were no matters on which it is necessary to report under Section 8 of the 1998 Act.
The Statement of Accounts of the Authority and the auditor's Annual Governance Report have been published and are available for inspection by any local government elector for the areas of the Authority at, Myddelton House, Bulls Cross, Enfield, Middlesex, EN2 9HG between the hours of 9am and 4.30pm, Monday to Friday inclusive, and any such electors may make copies of the statement or extracts there from. They are also available on the Authority’s Internet website under About us/About the Authority/Funding/Final Accounts.
Attention is drawn to the provisions of Section 14 of the Audit Commission Act 1998 in respect of the right to inspect statements of accounts and auditors reports. Copies of any relevant documents will be sent to any such elector on payment of £5 for each copy. Applications must be made to the Interim Head of Finance at the address given below.
