Executive Member for Planning & Partnerships on Hertfordshire County Council. First elected to the County Council in 1985.  Derrick has always taken a leading role in Planning & Environmental issues. Derrick is a member of the Regional Assembly and represents Hertfordshire on Nations and Regions East, the body charged with maximising the legacy benefit from the 2012 Olympics/Paralympics.

Enfield born and bred, Michael has been a life long resident. He became a councillor for London Borough of Enfield in 1994 and was the leader until May 2010. He is also a professional historian and teacher.

In 2002 and 2006 John was elected as a Haringey Labour Councillor, his work at the Council keeps him very busy, resolving many local issues and dealing with constituents issues raised at his surgeries. John's main interests being in Planning, Housing and the use of Scrutiny to achieve improvements in services and subsequent benefits to the service users.

John is also a member of Postwatch, The Personal Finance Society and the Consumers Association.

Mary Sartin has been a Member of Epping Forest District Council since 2003, representing Roydon Ward. She is currently the Cabinet Member with responsibility for environmental issues.
