The primary purpose of quality assurance is to ensure customers receive the highest quality of service by measuring ourselves against defined standards. Equally important is the maintenance of these standards to help deliver a quality service to an increasingly diverse customer base.  Lee Valley Regional Park Authority’s objective is to meet and exceed the needs and expectations of customers.

 

 

The Authority has a commitment to achieving external awards & accreditations to demonstrate commitment to delivering a quality service. The Authority has designed and implemented a Quality Management System that supports all Authority operations. The system is audited and reviewed periodically to ensure the best possible service is delivered.
