The Estates team provides professional surveying advice on the Authority’s estate assets. The team also acts on behalf of the Authority on property and regeneration matters.
The team works with a range of partners including landowners, government bodies, local authorities, national utilities and members of the public to develop and implement well structured, flexible and efficient strategies to manage, protect and enhance the land and property within their remit.
They provide advice to the Authority and undertake:

GIS (Geographical Information Systems)
The Authority is taking forward a corporate Geographical Information Service (GIS) that will contain details of its activities and facilities. The system will provide access to map based information for use by all who have an interest in the Regional Park and its future.
