The Regeneration department includes three teams:
- Planning and Regeneration focusses on the development and implementation of proposals for enhancing and improving access to the Regional Park and the development of a community engagement strategy
- Estates manages the Authority’s 1,600 ha land and buildings and the acquisition and disposal of sites throughout the Regional Park. The team is also responsible for the development of a corporate GIS system
- Environmental Design develops design solutions for schemes throughout the Regional Park.
