We’re the LeeVs and we usually live here in cyberspace at
www.leevalleypark.org.uk/kids. We were created especially for young people and if you visit us online you’ll find lots of games and activities to do, but right now we need your help. We don’t have our own names and really want to be called something. If you can come up with a name for each of us please fill in your details below and you’ll be entered into our prize draw to
win a party for you and nine friends at Lee Valley Park Farms on Monday 15 February 2010. Plus, you’ll get to meet us too and we’ll be coming to your party to say thanks for finding us a name. We’ll be reading through all your entries and the top five most popular names for each of us will be entered in to a prize draw and a winner chosen from these.

Terms and Conditions
These terms and conditions are the competition rules (“the Rules”) and by entering the competition you agree to be bound by these Rules. If you are under 18 years old you must seek permission of your parent or guardian before entering.
Entries:
1. Lee Valley Regional Park Authority (“LVRPA”) will accept entries up and until 22 January 2010, any entries received after this date will be invalid.
2. All entrants must be aged between 2 and 16 year’s old; LVRPA will accept an entry made by a parent or guardian on behalf of a child (the entrant). Only one entry per child.
3. Each entry must include the entrant’s correct contact details including full name, postal address, telephone number, email (if available) and the age of the entrant.
4. Proof of posting will not constitute proof of delivery. No responsibility will be accepted for entries which are illegible or which are lost, damaged, delayed or mislaid in the post or otherwise.
5. There is no entry fee.
6. Employees (or members of the families or households of employees) of LVRPA are not eligible to enter the competition. LVRPA reserves the right not to award the prize (and select an alternative winner) if LVRPA is aware or has reasonable grounds to believe the winner is not eligible.
7. You can choose a name for just one LeeV or both LeeVs (orange and green).
8. The top five most popular names for each of the LeeVs will be entered into the prize draw and a winner for each LeeV will be picked out of these. If the same entrant is drawn for both prizes, LVRPA reserves the right not to award the prize in the second draw and to draw an alternative winner.
9. If you’re one of the two winners we’ll contact you within seven working days of the draw.
10. Winners may be requested to take part in promotional activity and LVRPA reserves the right to use names and addresses of winners and their photograph in any publicity.
11. LVRPA reserves the right to disqualify any entrant if it has reasonable grounds to believe the entrant has breached any of the Rules.
12. Events may occur that render the competition itself or the awarding of the prizes impossible due to reasons beyond the control of LVRPA and accordingly LVRP may at its absolute discretion vary or amend the competition or prize and the entrant agrees that no liability shall attach to LVRPA as a result thereof.
13. LVRPA’s decision is final.
The Prize:
14. The party at the farms and meeting your LeeV must be taken on Monday 15 February 2010, no other date is available and no cash equivalent will be supplied
15. Party is for up to 10 children aged 2-16, 1 adult may attend the party for free with each child
16. The party will be two hours in length and will include: Free entry to the farms, tour of our farms, use of play areas, party host, meet your LeeV and have your photo taken with them, lunch box, free goody bag for each child and a Tractor trailer ride.
