How to Make an Information Request

All requests must be made in writing (this includes e-mail and fax).  Your request must include:
  • A clear description of what information you are looking for
  • A contact name
  • An address for correspondence (or an email address)
Please check the Authority's Publication Scheme which will inform you what information is readily accessible before making an information request.
