Lee Valley Regional Park
- from Ware in Hertfordshire to the Thames at East India Dock Basin, Lee Valley Regional Park provides leisure activities to suit all ages and tastes. Stretching 26 miles (42kms) along the banks of the River Lee, the Regional Park’s 10,000 acres (4,000 h) has been shaped to provide a unique mosaic of country parks, nature reserves, wildlife habitats, lakes, public open spaces, heritage attractions and informal recreation activities, interspersed with purpose-built sport and leisure facilities.

Edmonton Runners -
We currently have about 70 members varying from those who want to get round to those who want to get round quickly. Since most people take up running later in life the majority of our members are over 30. A recent intake in the ladies section means that we probably have a 40/60 mix between male and female members.

Broxbourne Runners
- Our goals are both athletic and social and the two combine on a Wednesday evening and a Sunday morning where all standards of runners are welcome. We organise different sessions specifically for both the beginner and for the competitive athlete with an emphasis, whatever your standard, on enjoyment and athletic improvement. Although a relatively small Club we are lucky to have First Class facilities and a qualified coach to help maximise your potential or to make your running career as enjoyable and injury free as possible
