Lee Valley 10km and Fun Run Terms and Conditions
1. Participants entering the 10k Run must be 16 years of age or over on the day of the event. Participants entering into the Fun Run as an individual runner must be 11 years of age or over on the day of the event. Participants under 11 years of age may enter but must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
2. By taking part all participants confirm that they are happy for their names and any footage or photographs taken during their participation of the event to be used to publicise and promote the event, its partners, sponsors and supporters generally, including television broadcasts.
3. All participants must write their name and details of any health problems or medication on the reverse of the race number, which must be worn on the front of shirts during the event.
4. In the case of an emergency Lee Valley Regional Park Authority may use the details provided by you to contact your home.
5. All participants should be medically fit to complete the Run on the day and understand that they may be putting their health at risk if they are not capable of running the distance of the race in the prevailing conditions. Any participant unsure of their physical ability to take part in the Run should seek medical advice from a general practitioner prior to the event.
6. All participants enter the races at their own risk. No responsibility whatsoever shall be attached to the race organisers or partners involved in the organisaton of the event for any accidents, loss or damage suffered by participants, or by reason of the event, however such may be caused.
