Get Active in the Lee Valley Regional Park

40 routes to explore and discover

Most of us know that we should be more active to benefit our health and well being. Did you know that just 30 minutes of exercise a day can help you feel good, have more energy, reduce stress and sleep better?

The Lee Valley Regional Park makes being more active really easy. At twice the size of London's Royal Parks combined and with 26 miles of riverside trails, country parks, nature reserves and urban oases, there is no better place to challenge yourself. Go for a cycle ride, a run or a simple stroll - it is free 365 days a year and just waiting to be discovered.

To mark its 40th anniversary commemorative year, the Lee Valley Regional Park Authority has compiled 40 routes covering a range of distances and terrains to explore and discover. The routes are designed to suit individual interests and abilities and to celebrate the diversity and beauty of the Regional Park, where nature, leisure and sport sit successfully side by side.
