1. A maximum stay of 14 days is permitted, except under special circumstances. Following a stay of 14 days a further 14 days must elapse before another booking is accepted, with a maximum stay of 28 days in any one year.
2. Pitches are allocated and their positioning must be accepted.
3. New arrivals can be accepted up to 1 hour before normal site closing time.
4. Vehicles returning to the site after normal closing times will not be admitted onto the site and must use the car park.
5. The Lee Valley Regional Park Authority accept no responsibility for loss, injury or damage arising other than solely through its own negligence.
6. The full rules covering the use of this site are displayed in the Reception and copies are available on request. Bookings are accepted on the understanding that visitors to the site shall observe these rules at all times.
7. Only one car is permitted adjacent to your caravan or tent, additional cars must be parked in the car park. No commercial vehicles will be allowed on site at any time. Parking on service roads if prohibited.
8. Dogs are permitted but must be on a lead at all times. Please note they are not allowed into the buildings or any other areas.
9. The conduct of any forms of trading from the Campsite is forbidden.
10. Open fires and digging are forbidden.
11. A speed limit of 5 m.p.h. is imposed within the site. Learner drivers are not permitted to drive any vehicle on the site.
12. Cars must not be moved except on entering or leaving the site. At all other times they must remain parked by tents or vans.
13. Pitches must be vacated by mid-day on the day of departure.
14. Deposit and fees are not refundable.
15. Under 18’s are accepted on sites only when accompanied by an adult/parent.
16. The management reserves the right to refuse admission and to terminate any booking by reason of contravention of these conditions or the site rules.
