Just minutes from Stamford Hill, the Waterworks Nature Reserve & Golf Course is an oasis of beauty and a real urban treasure.

Long a favourite with London’s Jewish families, the Waterworks is offering a one-off Chanukah promotion on Wednesday 16th December.

The one day offer is for a free round of golf and the first 10 people to book will receive a ½ hour golf lesson for free.  Two free guided walks through the beautiful nature reserve with superb ranger Tamzin Davis are also on offer; booking is strongly advised as a maximum of 30 places are available on each walk.

Families will need to pay for the hire of golf clubs (£1.20 per club) and they will each need two. There is a refundable £3.00 deposit on each club. They can also purchase balls, tees and pencils at the centre.

Site Manager Angie Oliva says: “It’s a beautiful time of the year to wander among the natural beauty of our Nature reserve, plus the time of year when the course is quieter which gives you the time to enjoy a leisurely game of golf regardless of your level.“

The last golf hire is at 1.30pm. Golf lessons will be at 9.30am and 11.30am with places for ten on each course. The walks are at 10.30 am and 12.30pm.  All bookings to be done through Reception at the Waterworks on 020 8988 7566
