Our colourful Lee Valley Regional Park mascots, the LeeVs have now been named thanks to hundreds of competition entries.

‘Woody’ and ‘Blossom’ have a microsite dedicated to the LeeVs www.leevalleypark.org.uk/kids, with lots of fun educational games and activities.

With so many entries coming from far and wide, eclectic names such as ‘Burger’ and ‘Chips’ and ‘Marmalade’ and ‘Millie’, stood up well alongside serious contenders ‘Fern and Ivy’ and ‘Acorn and Laurel’.

The two winners from Bounds Green and Haringey have each won a party for nine friends at Lee Valley Park Farms, where they will met the LeeVs, who will pop along to say thanks for finding such fun and creative names. The winning children can look forward to free entry and a tour of the farms, extensive use of play areas, a party host, and their photographs taken with the LeeVs as well as a lunch box, free goody bag and a tractor trailer ride.

The Lee Valley Park Farms make a great day out; they are on the edge of the 1,000 acre River Lee Country Park, providing all you need for fantastic family fun.  They are easy to get to, (only four miles from Junction 26 of the M25) or a walk through Lee Valley Regional Park from Cheshunt or Waltham Cross stations. There is also the delicious Orchard Café to keep the whole family going, serving a wide range of healthy hot and cold food.

There are 2 Lee Valley Park Farms – part of Lee Valley Regional Park and they also have an active breeding programme protecting rare breeds, including pigs, lambs and calves. Come and see for yourselves – we look forward to welcoming you!

Admission prices apply, suitable for the whole family, especially children.
