Venue Hire

Thinking about a large event, then a complete venue hire is the right option for you. We have hosted popular events such as the Cypriot Wine Festival, concerts and boxing matches, just to name a few. Our venue can transform into whatever you can imagine. Contact us for more information.

Ron Pickering Room

Watch athletes on the outdoor track with floor to ceiling windows in the venue's largest meeting room. The adjacent Seminar Room can also be used as a break out area or to extend the space. Ron Pickering room is ideal for small conferences incorporating networking receptions.

Prices from £45 per hour | Maximum capacity: 100 people

Room specs:

• Size: 18m x 7m
• The room can be laid out in a variety of styles depending on the event
• The adjoining Seminar Room has a partition wall which can be removed for additional space
• There is a café area inside the room where refreshments can be served from
• Doors open onto outdoor track

• Wall mounted TV and sound system
• Portable screen and projector can be provided on demand

Seminar Room

The smaller seminar room at Lee Valley Athletics Centre is perfect for a meeting or training event for 20-35 people. It can also be combined with the larger Ron Pickering Room by removing the partition wall when a break out room or extra space is required.

Prices from £32 per hour | Maximum capacity: 35 people

Room specs:

• Size: 7.5m x 5.5m
• The room can be laid out in a variety of styles depending on the event
• The adjoining larger Ron Pickering Room has a partition wall which can be removed so the Seminar Room can be added for additional space

• Wall mounted LCD TV
• Ceiling mounted projector and fixed screen

Meeting Room

This meeting room faces the inspiring indoor track at Lee Valley Athletics Centre and provides a quiet and private space in the centre of this bustling venue. It’s perfect for a team meeting, group presentations or a training course.  

Prices from £32 per hour | Maximum capacity: 40 people

• Size: 8m X 6.5m
• Theatre style = 40
• Boardroom style = 20
• Private kitchen area

• Portable screen and projector on request
• Conference calling

• Coach parking - coach parking is available. Please reserve spaces in advance.

• Wheelchair access - the venue is fully accessible.

Track hire

You can also hire our indoor and outdoor tracks, perfect for training sessions, team building events, photo shoots and more. Hire can also include use of our meeting rooms.
