Customer Service Assistant

Permanent, part time position (21 hours per week) 

Work pattern: Monday to Sunday shift rota

Do you like fresh air, meeting people?  We are recruiting additional team members at our Dobbs Weir site.

We are looking for positive, creative energetic people who are essential to the day to day running of our sites and will assist us to meet our commercial expectations of providing diverse spaces for recreation, sport, nature conservation, and public enjoyment. Working within our campsites you will be required to meet and greet customers as they arrive, answer telephone enquiries in a warm and friendly manner and address basic administration duties associated with managing our guests on site. Using our booking system you will be required to complete daily tasks associated with the bookings for our touring, glamping and luxury accommodation as well as our holiday homes.
