Customer Services Assistant

35 hours per week Monday to Sunday shift rota

We are looking for positive, creative energetic people who are essential to the day to day running of our caravan park and meet the expectations of a welcoming, efficient service and commercial excellence at an outstanding venue. You will be required to meet and greet customers as they arrive, answer telephone enquiries in a warm and friendly manner and address basic administration duties associated with managing our guests on site.

Due to the nature of the role, you might be required to be able to work across all our campsites however the core focus will be at our Almost Wild Campsite where we offer camping on our woodland and riverside pitches, paddle boarding and bush-craft courses. Applicants should have a keen interest in outdoor activities.

Successful applicants will be required to meet and greet guests, manage the booking system and arrange internal and external courses for the various activities we run. Full training will be provided.
