This is an exciting multi-hatted IT role at the heart of the Authority.
Lee Valley Regional Park Authority are recruiting an IT Support Technician. Lee Valley is responsible for the 26 mile long, 10,000 acre park with its huge variety of award winning green spaces, world class sports venues and ecologically vital wildlife havens.
We are looking for an experienced IT Support Technician to join our Enfield based office to provide first line support across the organisation with a mix of in office and remote users.
Reporting to the Senior IT Technician, you will be providing the highest level of customer service, ensuring maximum end user satisfaction as you help your colleagues both remotely, on-site at the venues and at their desk side at head office.
You will have experience of working in IT and will have a good understanding of troubleshooting issues with hardware (laptops, printers), software (O365), phone systems (Avaya, iOS) and networks.
This position will suit someone who is organised, dedicated and committed to providing excellent IT Support. You will be outgoing, approachable and be able to build rapports with our colleagues and the wider organisation to help resolve any technical issues they might be experiencing. You will be able to log, identify and fix issues, whilst keeping the end user informed of your progress. The ability to multi-task is essential.
Experience with Microsoft products including Office 365, Active Directory, Apple iOS, Group Policy, Exchange and Windows 10 is essential and willingness to travel (using own car) to any of our venues.
There is also a requirement to provide out of hours support (additional payments provided).
