Myddelton House Gardens (EN2 9HG)

Permanent, part time (15 hours per week)
We're looking for someone super organised, friendly and outgoing to play a key role in our gardens team.
Lee Valley Regional Park is a 10,000 acre, 26 mile long mosaic of award-winning parklands, sports venues, heritage sites, gardens, nature reserves and riverside walks.
Your role will be to assist the Myddelton House and the Gardens section with day to day administrative tasks, including management of customer, financial and purchasing records and to carry out personal assistant duties for the Head Gardener and facilities officer. You will be a point of contact for all Myddelton House and Gardens customers, including answering queries about events including weddings, tours and general information by telephone, email and in person. You’ll have experience with Microsoft packages, have the ability to set-up and run office systems, bags of initiative and, most of all be a flexible team member.
Previous experience in a similar environment would be desirable along with the ability to remain calm under pressure during busy periods.
