Customer Services Assistant

35 hours per week Monday to Sunday Shift Rota

We are looking for positive, creative energetic people who are essential to the day to day running of our sites and will assist us to meet our commercial expectations of providing diverse spaces for recreation, sport, nature conservation, and public enjoyment. Working within our campsites you will be required to meet and greet customers as they arrive, answer telephone enquiries in a warm and friendly manner and address basic administration duties associated with managing our guests on site.

Due to the nature of the role, you might be required to be able to work across all our campsites however the core focus will be at our Almost Wild Campsite where we offer camping on our woodland and riverside pitches, paddle boarding and bush-craft courses. Applicants should have a keen interest in outdoor activities.
