Customer Service Assistant

Monday to Sunday shift rota pattern

Do you like fresh air, meeting people and working outside?  We have casual contracts available with an immediate start for Customer Service Assistants to work across all our campsites.

We are looking for positive, creative energetic people who are essential to the day to day running of our sites and will assist us to meet our commercial expectations of providing diverse spaces for recreation, sport, nature conservation, and public enjoyment. Working within our campsites you will be required to meet and greet customers as they arrive, answer telephone enquiries in a warm and friendly manner and address basic administration duties associated with managing our guests on site.

Your role will be based at one main site, however from time to time you may be asked to work at one of the other following sites.

We have positions available at:

• Lee Valley Caravan Park, Dobbs Weir

• Lee Valley Campsite, Sewardstone

• Lee Valley Camping and Caravan Park, Edmonton
